End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Friendly Fone Pvt. Ltd. ("Friendly Fone" or "We") governing your use of the Friendly Fone mobile application ("App") and website ("Website"). By installing, accessing, or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Usage Guidelines

The services provided by friendly fone software are intended for use by authorized users solely for lawful and legitimate purposes. Any use of the software for illegal or unauthorized surveillance purposes constitutes a violation of both our terms and conditions and the law. Friendly fone software is to be utilized only for legal purposes.

Please carefully review this End User License Agreement before using Friendly Fone SERVICES. By using the Friendly Fone SERVICES, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Friendly Fone SERVICES immediately.

License Grant

The customer acknowledges that the provider of the Friendly Fone software retains all rights to the original and all copies of the licensed application, including related information, improvements, and updates. By downloading, installing, and using Friendly Fone, the customer does not acquire ownership rights. The licensed application is protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Friendly Fone.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license, revocable license to use the App and Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions User shall not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the App or Website for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• Share or disclose User's login credentials to any third party or allow any third party to access User's account;
• Use the App or Website to monitor individuals without their consent where such consent is required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The App and Website, including all content, features, and functionality thereof, are owned by Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User shall not acquire any ownership rights in the App or Website under this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USER'S USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FriendlyFone and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with User's use of the Service or violation of this Agreement

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the User's access to the App and Website at any time, without prior notice, if the User breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must immediately stop using the App and Website and remove all copies of the App from their devices.

Legal Agreement

You agree to use Friendly fone's smartphone monitoring software legally and in accordance with the laws and regulations of your country. Before downloading and installing Friendly fone software, you must obtain permission from the smartphone's legal owner. Failure to do so may constitute a legal violation. Monitoring a device without the owner's consent is illegal, and Friendly fone will not be held responsible for such actions. The individual engaging in these unlawful activities will bear full responsibility for any resulting legal consequences, including penalties and damages. Friendly fone disclaims all liability in these instances. By downloading, installing, or activating Friendlyfone's service, you agree to adhere to all relevant laws in your country and accept full responsibility for your use of the software.

By accepting this license agreement, you agree to install the Friendly Fone software only on a device that you own. Furthermore, you agree to inform any users of the monitored device about the presence of the Friendly Fone software. all Friendly Fone customers must understand that the Friendly Fone software is intended solely for parental control and personal backup purposes. By purchasing Friendly Fone, the customer acknowledges that the monitored device must meet the requirements of the Compatibility Policy. The customer also understands that basic features are guaranteed without rooting the device. However, certain features may require rooting, depending on the device. Friendly Fone is not responsible for any unavailable features or for any damage caused by rooting the device. While rooting is a legal procedure, it may void the device warranty. By rooting your device, you assume full responsibility for your actions. While Friendly Fone's software may be globally accessible, we cannot guarantee its suitability or legality in your country. Prior to usage, ensure compliance with your country's laws or seek legal advice. Should you use our software in restricted areas, you bear sole responsibility for adhering to local regulations. By purchasing a license, the customer affirms having reviewed and agreed to this EULA, along with our privacy policy, cookies policy, refund policy, etc. You explicitly consent to being legally bound by Friendly Fone's terms and conditions.
