Please read the following rules and terms of service carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds for purchases made through our website will be processed.

This refund policy applies to the purchase of services provided by friendlyfone.com. Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable laws.

Please note that it is your responsibility to review the compatibility policy before purchasing any services. Ensure that the phone you intend to monitor is compatible with Friendly Fone’s service.

Eligibility for Refunds

 To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must notify us with a valid reason within 7 days of purchasing the service provided by friendlyfone.com. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are only applicable to specific subscription plans.
  • Refund requests will not be processed via live chat. Please submit your refund request via email.
  • If our support representative is unable to resolve your current issue, you will still qualify for a full refund. However, the purchase of our premium support service is required.

 

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • You cannot claim a refund for inconveniences caused by the loss of your username, password, or encryption key, resulting in data loss or access to the subscription.
  • We are not obligated to issue refunds if the software proves incompatible with your intended monitoring device, or if circumstances prevent software usage on the device. Such circumstances may include service interruptions due to factors such as internet inaccessibility, device upgrades, factory resets, or device breakage.

We do not provide refund for the refund requests illustrating the reasons that are beyond our control. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, all of the following:

  • The information you provided us while placing a purchase order was incorrect.
  • Our software is uninstalled from the target device due to factory reset. We can help you with remote re-installation of our software which needs you to have the device with you for 15-20 minutes. 
  • You've attempted to rectify the device issue without prior notification or authorization from us, which is incorrect procedure. Kindly consult with us before attempting any device or software fixes independently.
  • You do not follow our installation guidelines.
  • You change your mind about purchasing any Services, make the Purchase by mistake, software was not use etc.
  • You do not accept technical assistance and refuse to follow the directions provided by our support team.
  • Only users who have purchased the Pro 1-Year subscription plan are eligible to request a refund, and a refund will be issued only if a valid reason is provided. No refunds will be issued for customers who have purchased 1-Month or Quarterly subscription plans.
  • The presence of other antivirus software or security services on the target device may interfere with our software or cause it to become unlinked.
  • If you attempt to utilize the Phone Monitor Software on multiple target devices subsequent to purchasing a plan designated for a single device.
  • Friendlyfone's software is designed to exclusively support Android devices, as clearly stated on our compatibility page. Refunds will not be provided if you encounter difficulties installing Friendlyfone's software on any other operating system.
  • We cannot guarantee seamless functionality of Friendly fone's software on all devices. Therefore, no refunds will be issued in such instances.
  • Refunds will not be granted for misuse of the app or violations of terms and conditions.

Refund procedure

To request a refund, kindly reach out to us via email or by submitting a ticket. Our team will promptly initiate an investigation, with a decision communicated within 15 business days.

Upon approval, refunds will be expedited within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Following approval of the refund request, you can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that a 20% deduction will be applied to cover fees incurred from banks and payment processing companies, with the remaining balance promptly disbursed to you.
