• Sell, rent or transfer your Friendly fone account password or allow another person to access your service account.
• Download, Install or Activate Friendly fone on the mobile phone that you are not authorized to use.
• Contravene your country’s laws by downloading, installing or activating Friendly fone on someone’s phone.
• Use someone’s smartphone to collect data using Friendly fone software without the knowledge and consent of the owner.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use this site within the ethical and legal territory without staking Friendly fone’s interest. This agreement restricts you to:

• Upload malicious programs, virus and worms on the site.
• Upload, transfer and share objectionable, threatening, unlawful, disrespectful, offensive, pornographic information either in written or pictorial form.
• Transmit messages that incites criminal offense.
• Involve in infringement of rights such as privacy rights, copyright, proprietary rights, patent law and trademarks.
• Use software of browsers other than those permitted by us to navigate the site.
• Utilize the site’s properties such as metatags, logos, trademarks, proprietary information and other contents including images, graphics and texts without our written consent.
• Accessing the restricted content or attempting to log into unauthorized server.

SUBSCRIPTION / PURCHASING

We offer multiple plans and product packages tailored to your device, preferred features, and support options. Your account can have multiple subscriptions based on your orders.
  • Providing Information: When placing your order, you need to provide your personal data, payment card details, and preferred payment method.
  • Receiving Credentials: After purchasing the Friendly Fone software or specific service, you will receive credentials, including your login details and password, guaranteeing access to the Friendly Fone service, your account, and the control panel.
  • Encryption Key: The encryption key can either be downloaded from your control panel or sent to the email provided during subscription. Keep the encryption key safe to restore access to your service or account in the future.
  • Subscription Plans: Friendly Fone offers three different subscription plans: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual. You may choose the plan best suited to you. You need to purchase a separate subscription for each target device.
  • Dedicated support: Customers should understand that Dedicated Support is not free. There is a separate fee for this service, which can be selected during payment checkout. It is optional and can be added based on your needs. Dedicated Support is available via live chat, email, or phone, while free support is available through live chat only.

• Payment Method: You can purchase the subscription plan of your choice using any of the payment methods listed on our website.

• Multiple Devices: Purchasing any subscription plan allows you to use the software or specific services on more than one target device.
• Automatic Renewal: At the end of your subscription period, the subscription will be automatically renewed unless you have unchecked the auto-renew option at least 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription period.

  • Create or access a Friendly Fone account using a false identity or false information.
  • Use an account that is not your own.

• Suspension and Termination: We retain the authority to suspend or terminate your account or ban you from using our Services if we find you guilty of the activities mentioned in point 12. Once suspended or banned, you consent not to create another account or use Friendly Fone Services. Accounts terminated by Friendly Fone may not be reactivated.
• Unsubscribing: You may unsubscribe or cancel your Friendly Fone account at any time. Follow the instructions on our website to voluntarily end your subscription.
• Reactivating Your Account: You may reactivate your account at any time through your control panel on the Friendly Fone website after voluntary termination.
• Service Termination: In case of termination or suspension from the Friendly Fone Services, monitoring of all devices on which the software is installed will cease, and you may be unable to access all the information you have submitted through your account.
• Password Recovery: If you forget your account password, you may restore access with your private encryption key.

SECURITY

• Maintaining our users’ confidentiality and preventing the abuse of their personal information is our priority. We take all preventive and precautionary actions to safeguard your personal data.
• You acknowledge that Friendly fone database and employees do not have your account password. We only receive your user ID and email account while it is only you who knows about your password. We store a hash of the password generated by md5hash function from user’s password. 
• Your personal information is encrypted in Friendly fone’s database. We do not have direct access to the encrypted data.
• Friendly fone should not be held liable for the third party data leaks, memory breach or other data integrity issues in our database. For your data security, privacy protection and account reactivation you are obligated to keep the provided encryption key safe. 
• Friendly fone retains downloaded logs and data from targeted phone (device on which our software is installed) for three months (90 days) in case of an active account and one month (30 days) in case of expired account. We strictly delete the logs and data on the expiry of such period.
• You agree not to hold Friendly fone liable for the disclosure of encrypted information including personal information, contact information and/ or payment information. 
•  Once our software and services reach the users, lawful and ethical use of Friendly fone is user’s responsibility. Friendly fone will not be responsible to monitor the ways and reasons users use our Services and therefore will not be answerable and/or aware of the possible exploitation of the software. 
• We do not take responsibility for the use of software out of the terms mentioned in this Agreement and other applicable documents. 
• We strictly recommend the lawful use of the Friendly fone software and do not encourage any kind of illegal exploitation and abuse of our services.

• Friendly fone reserves the right to modify, delete, or discontinue its service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

 

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

The Friendly fone Pvt. Ltd. reserves its rights over its software, services and all content, visual interfaces, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, trademarks, service marks and trade names. Except for the instant license granted to you upon your purchase of our service, you are entitled to no right, interest or license to the friendly fone Services

RESTRICTIONS 

 

This agreement restricts you to:

• Reproducing or attempting to reproduce the Friendly Fone software.
• Altering, translating, adapting, or creating any derivative forms of the Friendly Phone software or attempting to forge it.
• Distorting, evading, tampering with, or disabling the Friendly Fone software or any of its features and services by any means or manner.
• Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code for Friendly Phone software.
• Distributing, selling, renting, leasing, sublicensing, transferring, publishing, or disclosing Friendly Fone software to any third party.
• Commercializing the use of the Friendly Phone software.

License 

The customer acknowledges that the provider of the Friendly Fone software retains all rights to the original and all copies of the licensed application, including related information, improvements, and updates. By downloading, installing, and using Friendly Fone, the customer does not acquire ownership rights. The licensed application is protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Friendly Fone.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,non-sublicensable license, revocable license to use the App and Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Indemnification

You hereby agree that in following situations, Friendly fone Pvt. Ltd, its employees, suppliers and partners will be indemnified from any and all claims, suits, actions, costs, losses, damages, and any other liabilities, including attorney’s fees:

• Your use, misuse or abuse of our Site and Products/services made available to you.
•  Any kind of violation of the rights of any other person or entity by you.
• Violation of terms mentioned in this Agreement by you. 

Friendly fone reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.
